#5 Women's Lacrosse Falls to #4 Indiana Tech

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The fifth-ranked Siena Heights women's lacrosse team dropped a 20-12 decision to fourth-ranked Indiana Tech in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference competition on Wednesday.

Erin Kehn scored five goals to lead the Saints (8-4, 4-4) while Aliisa Mason chipped in with three goals and an assist.

Also, Madison Sabourin compiled one goal, one assist and four draw controls. Kayla Parks and Sabrina Snow added solo goals while Samantha Skodi contributed one assist. Parks also had four groundballs.

In the cage, Tabitha Ferguson stopped 19 shots.

SHU trailed 5-2 before rallying to forge a 7-all tie. The host Warriors (7-4, 5-2) then answered with a four-goal run and led the rest of the way.

Sam Vikstrom had five goals and one assist to lead Indiana Tech. Tayler Campbell added four goals and one assist while Kristina Scott contributed four goals.

Also, Lauren Allard picked up 11 draw controls. Winning goalie Meaghan Eldridge had seven saves.

The Saints will wrap up their regular season with a road trip to Grand Rapids this weekend. They will meet Aquinas and Davenport.
