The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023 Women's Golf Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes award. The Siena Heights Women's Golf Program had three student-athletes earn this distinction.
In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.
Earning the award for the Saints was:
Emma Murphy (2nd time), junior, special education major from Walker, Michigan
Megan Paczas (2nd time), junior, elementary education major from St. Clair Shores, Michigan
Skylar Whitman (1st time), sophomore, graphic design major from Fort Wayne, Indiana
