BRIGHTON, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's golf team finished with a team score of 407 to finish in seventh at the Cleary University Invitational held at Oak Pointe Country Club in Brighton, Michigan.
Kalamazoo College won the event with a 355 team score. Host Cleary was second with a 365 to just edge third-place Madonna who finished with a 366. Cornerstone was fourth with 377 and Michigan-Dearborn was fifth with 387. Lourdes was six strokes ahead of Siena Heights to claim sixth. St. Clair County CC closed out the team standings in eighth with a 455.
Chelsea Kovoch led SHU by tying for 15th with a final score of 94. Megan Paczac tied for 24th with a 100. Skylar Whitman shot a 102 to sit 29th. Danielle Denomme finished with 111 for 36th and Isabelle Sparks tied for 37th with a 113.
Season Wrap Up
The Saints finished up the Fall season with the Cleary Invitational. Siena Heights won two tournaments and had a second-place finish as a team while recording three individual winners.
