MARION, Ind. -- The Siena Heights women's golf team traveled to compete in the Jon P. Spiess Memorial Golf Tournament and walked away with a second place finish.

The Saints shot a team 339, lead by Senior, Lauren Cojei who took overall first place with a 78. The second place was Staci Ludwig of Tiffin who carded a 79.

Dakota Spears tied for fourth, shooting an 80 on the day. Following Cojei and Spears were Carley Hall (88), and Madisyn Reed and Allison Barron both with a 93.

The Saints' finished second behind Tiffin who shot a 330.

Next up, SHU will head to the Lourdes Invitational on Wednesday, Sept. 20.
