GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's golf team placed fourth and at the third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree, which Cornerstone hosted at The Mines on Monday and Tuesday. The Saints finished also fourth in the WHAC regular-season standings.
Allison Ranusch ended with the top SHU score at the two-day jamboree, firing a 165 (84-81) on the 5,816-yard, par-70 course. She tied for 12th.
Alyssa Fausneaucht tied for the team's best score on day two, carding an 81. Coupled with her day-one 86, she tied for 15th with a 167. Lauren Cojei also had a 167 to tie for 15th (83-84).
Andrea Richards added a 168 and tied for 19th (84-84). Jessa Rappleye registered an 82 into the Saints' team score on day two.
Indiana Tech finished first in the jamboree, finishing with a 627 (315-312). The Warriors also won the WHAC regular-season crown with a 1,830.
SHU had a 665 (337-328) at the jamboree and totaled 1,973 during the season.
Indiana Tech's Wiebke Schlender was the medalist of the third jamboree, carding a 153 (74-79).
