Women's Golf Tied For Fourth After Day One Of First WHAC Jamboree

LIMA, Ohio -- The Siena Heights women's golf team is tied for fourth after day one of the first Wolverine-Hoosier Athetic Conference jamboree, which began Thursday at Hawthorne Hills Golf Course. Northwestern Ohio is the official host.

Lauren Cojei sits tied for 12th with a first-round 81. Andrea Richards is tied for 16th with an 82, Alyssa Fausneaucht is tied for 21st with an 83 and Allison Ranusch sits tied for 28th with an 85.

Madonna leads the jamboree with a 316 while Lawrence Tech (318) and Davenport (323) are second and third, respectively. The Saints and Indiana Tech are tied at No. 4 with 327s.

Indiana Tech's Wiebke Schlender carded the lowest score of 75.

The jamboree will wrap up with 18 more holes at Hawthorne Hills on Friday.
