Logan, Coulson Finish in Top 10 for Women's Bowling at WHAC #1

LIMA, Ohio -- Tiffany Logan and Katarina Coulson placed in the Top 10 to lead the Siena Heights women's bowling team at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference's first jamboree, which took place at Westgate Lanes. A total of 54 bowlers from seven teams competed in the four-round event.

Logan finished second in total pin count and third in average score while Coulson was sixth and ninth, respectively, for the Saints.

Logan fired a 779 series, which was highlighted by her high game of 268. She also had a 189 to compile a 194.75 average.

Coulson added games of 196, 187 and 181, en route to a 741 series. Her average was 185.25.

Also for the Saints, Amanda Barry placed 26th with a 617 sries (154.25). Her high game was 199. Allison Caswell had the 19th-best average, bowling a two-game average of 173.0.

 

The Saints finished with a team score of 5,904 to place seventh at the event. Team-winner Concordia had a 6,496. Davenport's Taylor Richard was the individual leader, finishing with a 811 series (202.75 average).

Siena Heights will return to competition on Saturday, Nov. 15, when it competes in the WHAC's second jamboree, whch will be hosted by Concordia.
