Six Saints Honored By NAIA

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the Women's Basketball 2023-24 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes.  The Saints had six student-athletes team earn this distinction.

In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.

Earning the award for the Saints was:

Eva Alcock (3rd  time), senior, accounting major from Tecumseh, Michigan

Lauren DeWolf (1st time), sophomore, nursing major from Ypsilanti, Michigan

Julia Gilbert (1st time), sophomore, psychology major from Port Huron, Michigan

Emma Tooley (2nd time), junior, exercise science/pre-med major from Holly, Michigan

E'Anna Won (3rd time), senior, engineering major from Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands

Ky'Sonna Won (1st time), sophomore, biology major from Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands
