HONOLULU, HAWAII -- Four Saints scored double-digit points, but it wasn't enough in a 68-52 loss to the No.1-ranked and undefeated Campbellsville in Honolulu, Hawaii Sunday. The Saints (12-3) suffer their third loss of the season with the result.

Sha'kyia Parker was the leading scorer for Siena Heights with 11 points. Madison Hamilton, Allye Minor, and Peyton Banks scored 10 in the losing effort. Banks also led down low as she hauled in five rebounds. Minor was the team's main playmaker with five assists.

The Saints took an early 4-2 lead in the opening two minutes of the first. Then, the Tigers scored six-straight points to take an 8-4 lead and would never surrender the lead again. The Saints would cut the deficit to 12-11 with 3:36 in the first, but a 5-0 run by Campbellsville pushed things to 17-11 with 1:49 left, and the Tigers held a 20-14 advantage going into the second quarter.

Campbellsville doubled up Siena Heights in the second quarter (18-9) as they increased the lead to 38-23 as the teams went into the locker room at the half.

The Saints outscored the Tigers 15-14 in the third quarter but could only get within 10 points of tying the lead. Parker made a three in the final 23 seconds for a 52-38 deficit as the teams entered the last quarter.

The margin would stay around that point throughout the fourth quarter as Campbellsville earned the victory.
