Siena Heights softball player Kris Forest was named WHAC Player of the Week for the week ending April 2.

Forest helped the Saints to a perfect 7-0 record on the week with a win over Findlay, and two wins over Rochester, Indiana Tech, and Northwestern Ohio.

Forest had a .462 batting average on the week with a .846 slugging percentage. She had multiple hits in six of the seven games played to go along with at least one RBI in six of the seven games on the week. She ended the week with four doubles, three triples, and 13 RBI.  In the four WHAC games, she had nine RBI. She was also perfect in the field with 45 put outs and one assist.

The Saints currently sit atop the WHAC standings with a 5-0-1 league record and 20-4-1 record overall. They will return to action with a WHAC doubleheader with Concordia on Wednesday.
