Abbott ranks herself among the top 60 players in the NAIA. Twenty athletes are chosen per team: first team, second team and honorable mention.

Abbott was honored as a utility player for her work as a pitcher/outfielder/designated player for the Saints this season. She led the team in several offensive categories, runs (36), hits (58), doubles (15), triples (6), RBI (46), walks (20), batting average (.397), on-base percentage (.473), slugging percentage (.603), and extra base hits (22).

As a pitcher, Abbott was second on the team in wins (9), innings pitched (109.1), ERA (3.14), and strikeouts (70).

Four of her offensive marks were in the top ten in single season history for the Saints, hits (8th), doubles (6th), triples (3rd), and RBIs (3rd).

For her young career, Abbott is putting her name in the career SHU record books as well. She is currently third in career batting average (.382), tied for eighth in wins (26), tenth in ERA (2.86), and tied for tenth in strikeouts (184). She sits just outside the top ten in several additional categories.
