Men's Cross Country Finishes 6th at Lansing CC Invitational

LANSING, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's cross country team finished sixth out of 25 teams at the Lansing Community College Invitational on Friday afternoon. The Saints tallied a team score of 190 to claim a spot in the top 10.

Grand Rapids CC won the race with a team score of 104 to edge out host Lansing CC with a 112. Calvin placed third with a 115 and St. Clair County CC was fourth with a 120. Hillsdale scored 141 for fifth and SHU had sixth with 190. Adrian College finished seventh with 201. Olivet (241), Cleary (244), and Oakland CC (258) rounded out the top-10 in the team standings.

Liam Hartsuff led the Saints with a 26:54.7 finish to claim fifth in the individual standings. Jacob Harberts was 23rd with a 27:35.9. Teammate Jay Moore finished 45th with a time of 28:39.8. Nethanel Leupold crossed the finish line at 28:55.7 to claim 55th. Colin Metzger placed 77th with a time of 29:41.6. Andrew Milosavlevski was 146th with a 34:00.8. Jacob Sand clocked in at 34:52.0 for 156th.
