Men's Cross Country Finishes 5th at Raider Knight Invitational

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's cross country team finished fifth at the Raider Knight Invitational held in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Saturday morning. The Saints totaled 130 points to fall to their final placing in the 10-team competition. 

Aquinas won the meet with a score of 22. Grand Rapids Community College was second with an 88. NCAA Division III Calvin finished third with 89 and Lawrence Tech was fourth with 121. Behind SHU was Cleary in sixth with 138 while NCAA DIII Alma was seventh with 186. Jackson was eighth with 192. Kalamazoo (257) and Muskegon Community College (280) were the bottom two teams. 

Jacob Harberts led the way for SHU with a 12th-place time of 26:55.9. Liam Hartsuff finished behind him in 18th with a 27:14.1. Jay Moore was 27th with 28:06.1 while Nethanel Leupold was 30th with 28:20.1. Colin Metzger finished in 29:49.3 for 43rd. Jacob Sand (32:20.6) and Andrew Milosavlevski (32:43.5) finished 58th and 61st to finish out the times for Siena Heights.
