ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's volleyball team swept a 3-0 match against WHAC opponent St. Mary-of-the-Woods on Friday at the SHU Fieldhouse.

Marc Arsenault scored 13 kills and Zak Tucker made 22 assists as SHU (4-3, 2-3) won with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, 25-16.

Arsenault also smashed three aces. Luke Anderson added a pair. Joudiel Poveymirow finished with eight digs.

Up front, Bernard Bell totaled six blocks and Jakob Pickett was in on four.

SHU led most of the first set, stretching out its largest lead to 19-12. The Saints broke an 11-11 tie in the second with five straight points.

In the third, Siena Heights jumped out to an 10-4 advantage and kept a comfortable lead through the rest of the set.

The teams will match up again Saturday with a 1 p.m. serve at the SHU Fieldhouse.
