Siena Heights men's volleyball senior Matthew Dugan was named First Team All-Conference as announced by the league recently. Three different Saints received Academic All-Conference honors.

SHU's conference was an independent conference consisting of six schools from conferences Calfornia Pacific Conference, Golden State Athletic Conference and the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference.

Dugan led the Saints with 322 total kills and finished second on the team with 262 digs. This season ranks him second in kills and in digs in the all-time season records.

Earning Academic All-Conference was seniors Brody Davidson & John Kalugar and junior Parker Saenz. Davidson majors in marketing while Kalugar is earning his degree in sport management. Saenz majors in digital media.

Siena Heights ended their season in Mesa, Arizona at the 2017 Independents National Qualifier with a 16-11 overall record.
