The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced the 2020 men's outdoor track and field awards on Friday (May 15). Bradley Bauer (Junior | Crestine, Ohio), Shane Skelcy (Senior | Rochester, Mich.), and Garret Young (Senior | Plumas Lake, Calif.) were the representatives for the Saints on that list. All three athletes were on the WHAC All-Academic team while Young was also the Saint on the Champions of Character squad.
Bauer returns to the WHAC All-Academic team this season. His college best marks are 2:08.18 in the 800, 4:38.22 in the mile, 4:17.50 in the 1500, 34:43.81 in the 10k, and 15:55.85 in the 5k.
Skelcy makes his debut on the all-academic team. His college best marks are 9:41.20 in the 3k and 16:47.27 in the 5k.
Young returns to the all-academic team for the second time in his career. His personal best times are 7.55 in the 60-meter dash, 53.17 in the 400, 23.69 in the 200, and 1:15.05 in the 500.
