Four Siena Heights men's soccer players received honors from the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference, as announced by the league recently.
Senior Alexandre Santos was honored on the Champions of Character Team, as well as the Scholar-Athlete Team. Santos majors in chemistry engineering while earning a finance minor, this is his second year receiving this award.
Fellow senior Collin McLaughlin is recognized for his efforts in the classroom on the Scholar-Athlete Team. McLaughlin is a Education and Social Studies major with an English minor.
Juniors Luis Miguel Anaya and Rahbar Khan were also honored as Scholar-Athletes. Anaya is a biology major while Khan majors in accounting with a minor in computer and information systems.
In order to be eligible for this award, a student must hold an accumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and be a junior or above in academic status.
