ADRIAN, Mich. -- An early goal for Indiana Tech sank the Siena Heights men's soccer team to a 1-0 defeat, on Wednesday.
Just 1:36 into the match, Landon Cochran finished a pass from Brandon Dinsmore for the Warriors (5-11-1, 2-7-1). The Saints fought back, totaling 12 shots compared to Indiana Tech's 10 shots, but could not capitolize on their opportunities. Brent Rodden lead the Saints' offense with three shots, including one on goal.
Siena Heights' goalkeeper Leo Hisamatsu stopped three shots in net for the Saints (7-7-2, 2-6-2). Winning goalkeeper Adam Viviano made two saves for the Warriors.
The Saints held a 5-2 corner-kick advantage over the Warriors.
SHU will be back in action for the final regular season match of 2015 on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at Aquinas.
