ADRIAN, Mich. -- Alexandre Santos scored the lone goal for the Siena Heights men's soccer team in a 3-1 loss against Lawrence Tech, on Saturday.

Santos finished a pass from Kevin Stalzer in the 62nd minute, but it wasn't enough for the Saints. Alvaro Garcia scored off of a Justin Pilarski cross in the 60th minute for the Blue Devils. The game-winner came for LTU in the 70th minute when Chris Serwatka finished into the side-netting. An insurance goal by Matt Gibiec, from Pablo Ripodas, was tacked on in the 88th minute and would end the scoring for the match.

Leo Hisamatsu made six saves in net for the Saints. Lawrence Tech (6-5-1, 2-2-1) goalkeeper Joey Knoff stopped three shots.

Siena Heights (6-3-2, 1-2-2) was outshot by Lawrence Tech 15-10. LTU led in corner-kicks as well, 6-2.

The Saints will be back in action on Tuesday when they travel to Michigan-Dearborn. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.
