SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Collin McLaughlin scored the lone goal in the Siena Heights men's soccer team's 1-0 victory over Lawrence Tech in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action on Saturday.

McLaughlin found the net in the 62nd minute, getting an assist from Luis Miguel Anaya. The Saints (2-11-0, 1-4-0) then held on for their first conference win of the season.

Brandon Gonzalez recorded the shutout for SHU, finishing with four saves in net. Joey Knoff made two stops for the Blue Devils (5-7-0, 1-3-0).

Lawrence Tech held an 8-2 corner-kick advantage and outshot the Saints, 10-4.

Siena Heights will return to action on Wednesday with a 7 p.m. WHAC home contest against Michigan-Dearborn.
