Men's Lax Season Ends in WHAC Tournament at Aquinas

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's lacrosse team fell to Aquinas, 10-9, in the WHAC Tournament quarterfinals on Wednesday.

Eric Csizmadia led the Saints (6-10) with four goals while Devin Plemmons totaled one goal and four assists.

Joe Turner, Sean Jablonski, Dillon Baldwin and Brandon Hammer added single goals. Baldwin and Ethan Wissink added assists.

In the faceoff circle, Fernando Robinson was 16 of 23 with nine groundballs. Wissink and Turner had six and four GBs, respectively.

Jakob Moske totaled 15 saves in goal.

The Saints had trailed 5-3 at the end of game action on Tuesday, when the contest was suspended due to to lightning in the second quarter.

The following day, SHU was behind 10-5 in the fourth with 9:15 to go before ending the game on a 4-0 run. Csizmadia scored twice in that run. Baldwin and Plemmons also had goals with Plemmons' pulling the Saints within one goal with 43 seconds remaining.
