Men's Lacrosse Grabs First Win of Season at Benedictine

ATCHISON, Kan. -- The Siena Heights men's lacrosse team earned its first win of the season with an 11-8 victory over non-conference Benedictine (Kan.) on Wednesday.

Eric Csizmadia led the Saints with five goals and two assists. Brandon Hammer added two goals and one assist. Devin Plemmons, Connor Roeske, Sean Jablonski and Lachlan Conway also had goals.

Plemmons added two assists and Hammer and Roekse also had helpers.

Faceoff specialist Fernando Robison was 19 of 23 in the faceoff circle with 11 groundballs.

Roeske and Hammer had six groundballs each. Roeske caused three turnovers.

In goal, Jakob Moske totaled seven saves.

The Saints (1-3) will play next on Tuesday when they host their home opener against Midland at 7 p.m.
