The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023 Men's Lacrosse Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes award. The Siena Heights Men's Lacrosse Program had five student-athletes earn this distinction.
In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.
Earning the award for the Saints was:
Brandon Hammer (1st time), sophomore, business administration major from Walled Lake, Michigan
Noah Holland (1st time), sophomore, communications major and photography minor from Tecumseh, Michigan
Joseph Keck (1st time), sophomore, business administration major from Tecumseh, Michigan
Trey Strand (2nd time), junior, psychology major and criminal justice minor from Tecumseh, Michigan
Joseph Turner (1st time), sophomore, business administration major and finance/Spanish minor from Lapeer, Michigan
