#7 Men's Lacrosse Dominant in WHAC Tournament Win over LTU

ADRIAN, Mich. -- The seventh-ranked Siena Heights men's lacrosse team rolled to a 19-5 victory over Lawrence Tech in a WHAC Tournament first-round matchup at O'Laughlin Stadium on Tuesday.

Devin Plemmons had a seven-point game, totaling three goals and four assists. Eric Csizmadia added five goals and one assist while Jake Gallaher finished with four goals and two assists.

Jimmy McGrath and Joey Keck scored two goals each while single goals were recorded by Ethan Wissink, Connor Roeske and Nathan Staley. McGrath and Dillon Baldwin had assists.

Jakob Moske was the winning goalie with 11 saves. He was lifted for Alyx Walker in the fourth quarter; Walker had two stops.

The Robison brothers combined for a 23 of 28 performance inside the faceoff circle. Fernando Robison was 15 of 18 with 14 groundballs and younger brother Rolando Robison was 8 of 10 with seven GBs.

Chance Snyder had a strong defensive effort with four caused turnovers and five GBs. SHU held a dominant 49-23 edge in groundballs.

The Saints (9-4) held a 7-3 halftime lead before blowing the game open with a 7-0 run to open the third quarter. Gallaher had three goals in that stretch.

SHU will visit No. 5 Indiana Tech on Thursday for a 4 p.m. WHAC Tournament semifinal.
