WALESKA, Ga. -- The eighth-ranked Siena Heights men's lacrosse team played its second straight Top-10 opponent, dropping a 13-7 game to sixth-ranked Keiser (Fla.) at neutral-site Reinhardt.
Logan Hudnut scored two goals for SHU (0-2) while Eric Csizmadia, Fernando Robison, Alex Lawson, Ethan Wissink and Jimmy McGrath notched one goal apiece. Csizmadia and Jake Gallaher made assists.
McGrath led the Saints in groundballs with six. Goalie Jakob Moske stopped 17 shots.
Keiser forged a 9-3 halftime lead with a dominant second quarter. The Seahawks (8-0) continued that momentum in the second half, stretching the margin to 11-3. SHU outscored Keiser 4-2 after that.
The Saints will return to action on Saturday, March 11, when Benedictine (Kan.) visits O'Laughlin Stadium for SHU's home opener. Faceoff is slated for 2 p.m.
