Siena Heights men's lacrosse goaltender Tyler Hooper was honored as the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the fourth time this season. His efforts in the victories over Concordia and No. 8 Indiana Tech helped his receive this award.
The Saints defeated Concordia 14-0, Hooper earning a perfect 1.000 save percentage with 10 saves on the night.
Hooper again helped the tenth-ranked Saints in a 14-10 victory over eighth-ranked Indiana Tech with 12 stops.
On the season, Hooper boasts a .655 save percentage along with the SHU's 5-1 record overall and 2-1 in the WHAC.
Siena Heights will be in action on Wednesday to take on No. 2 Lourdes (Ohio). The WHAC contest is slated for a 7 p.m. faceoff.
