The Siena Heights men's lacrosse team earned the postseason rankings of No. 4 in the NAIA and a No. 11 in MCLA Division II for their successful 2016 season.
The Saints (13-7) won the Central Collegiate Lacrosse Association Central Division championship, advanced to the CCLA Tournament semifinals and was rewarded with an at-large bid to the MCLA Tournament.
While at the MCLA Tournament, the Saints fell in the first round to Kennesaw State in a close 7-6 decision.
Siena Heights advanced to the NAIA Invitational with an at-large bid. The Saints fell to Missouri Valley in the semifinals 8-7 in a double-overtime contest.
