ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team finished the two-day Cardinal Classic hosted by Concordia (Mich.) at the Washtenaw Golf Club in eighth with a final team score of 973 after round scores of 326, 325, and 322.
Spring Arbor won the tournament after a team score of 904. The Lawrence Tech B squad was second ahead of Lourdes in third. Tiffin B was fourth, while Aquinas and Cleary tied for fifth. Lawrence Tech C was two strokes ahead of SHU with UM-Dearborn, Concordia (Mich.) A, Grace, and CUAA B completed the team standings.
Garrett Ramos was the top finisher for the Saints after a three-round total of 234 to place 16th. Colin Duffy scored 241 to tie for 30th, while Grady Morlock was 37th with a 249. Drew Grennes had a 253 to place 39th. Davis Longyear was one stroke back from Grennes to finish out the Saints scoring.

The Saints men's golf team will compete in the Irish Hills Intercollegiate hosted by Adrian College at the Hills of Lenawee Country Club on Thursday and Friday, September 15-16.
