BATTLE CREEK, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf finished the 36-hole Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Fall Preview with a score of 626 (319+307) to finish second in the tournament. Trent Moody (junior | Monroe, Mich.) tied for first place with a 149 (73+76).
Davis Longyear (sophomore | Stevensville, Mich.) scored a 153 (83+70) to claim the fifth-spot in the individual standings. Colin Duffy (junior | Pinckney, Mich.) tied for sixth with a tally of 155 (78+77). Michael Rampe Jr. (sophomore | East Lansing, Mich.) registered a 171 (85+86) to tie for 23rd in the individual placings. Nate Hamilton (senior | Plymouth, Mich.) finished off the Saints scores with a 175 (91+84) to tie for 26th.
The men's golf team continues its season a week from now on Monday, October 12 at the Lourdes Invitational. The tournament will be played at the Sylvania Country Club in Sylvania, Ohio.
