WAUSEON, Ohio -- Gage Snyder was the leading scorer for the Siena Heights men's golf team's 'B' squad as the Saints placed sixth among nine teams at Defiance's Jon P. Spiess Memorial on Tuesday at Ironwood. A total of 60 golfers competed.

Snyder tied for 14th with a 75 on the 6,995-yard, par-72 layout. Nick Burnham tied for 21st with an 76 and Nick Sanscrainte finished 32nd with a 79.

As a team, the Saints had a score of 313.

Lourdes (Ohio) was the team winner with a 295, followed, in order, by Owens Community College (296), Jackson Community College (296), Defiance, Ohio (206), Trine, Ind. (311), Siena Heights, Concordia (314), Tiffin, Ohio (321) and Rochester (322).

Jackson's Austin Walker was the medalist with a one-under-par 71.
