Men's Bowling Finishes 57th at Hoosier Classic

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Sam Scheuher had the team-high series of 1,110, finishing 159th among 539 bowlers as the Siena Heights men's bowling team competed at the Hoosier Classic on Saturday and Sunday. As a team, the Saints finished 57th of 78 squads.

Scheuher averaged 185.0 over six games, topping the 200-pin plateau twice with games of 207 and 204.

Ryan Reid placed 177th with a 1,092 total (182.0 average), including games of 218 and 203, while Robert Burcar II took 186th with a 1,075 (179.2), and a high game of 221.

Jack Sisco finished with the team's best average of 198.3. He competed in four games with a 793 total. Sisco tossed games of 223 and 207.

Sean Fitzgibbon fired the team's high game of 228. Samual Greuling added a 224.

Alex Acosta of Saint Xavier was the top bowler at the event, totaling a 1,443 (240.5 average). Webber International won the team championship (9,582).

Siena Heights had a total of 8,179. The Saints totaled 5,462 through six team rounds and then 2,717 through 15 Baker games.
