SHU Men's Bowling Rolls Through Scotty Classic

Jackson, Mich. – The Siena Heights Men's Bowling team finished 13th with an overall pin count of 6,608 in the Scotty Classic Saturday at the Jax 60. Ryan Reid was the top leader for the blue and yellow totaling, 786 pins in four games for a tournament average of 196.5 per game and a tournament finish in 31st place.

Concordia University finsihed first out of the 21 teams in the competition with a score of 7,666 pins. Aquinas College in second with 7,642, followed by Spring Arbor in third with 7,345 pins, and Madonna University in fourth, totaling 7,308. Purdue University earned the fifth place mark knocking down 7,211 pins, a few more than Bowling Green State University in sixth with 7,129. Tusculum University earned seventh, Trine University eighth, and Rochester University ninth with 6,776. Adrian College took tenth, followed by Cornerstone in eleventh, and Lewis University in twelfth.

 Up Next – SHU Men's Bowling travels to Indianapolis, Indiana, to compete in the Hoosier Classic Saturday, February 19th.
