Men's Bowling Finishes 13th at MSC Cincinnati Collegiate Classic

CINCINNATI -- The Siena Heights men's bowling team earned 4423 total pins to finish tied for 13th at the MSC Cincinnati Collegiate Classic on Saturday. The Saints were just 20 pins back from Southeastern Illinois, who claimed 12th in the tournament.

Lindenwood won the 22-team tournament with a pin total of 4976. Tennessee Southern was second with 4964, while Tennessee Wesley was third with 4906. St. Francis (Illinois) claimed fourth with 4781, and Cumberlands rounded out the top five with 4758.

Samuel Scheuer was the best finisher for SHU as he placed fourth in the individual standings with 1044 pins and an average of 208.8 in five games. Ryan Reid placed 27th with 970 pins and an average of 194. Eric Lambert was 87th with 838 pins and a tournament average of 167.6. Robert Bucar was 92nd with 828 pins (165.6 avg.). Noah Gascon totaled 304 pins in two games. Nathan Ewing played two games and averaged 149.5 to fall 194th. Sean Fitzgibbon finished one game with 140 pins for 215th.
