Men's Bowling Finishes Seventh at WHAC #2

JACKSON, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's bowling team finished seventh out of 10 teams at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) #2 on Saturday. The Saints accumulated 6,223 pins to claim the seventh spot in the team standings. 

Indiana Tech won the tournament with 7,770 pins. Lawrence Tech was second with 7,169, while Concordia (Mich.) was third with 6,884. Lourdes placed fourth with 6,662 to beat fifth-placed Aquinas, who had 6,499. Madonna finished sixth with 6,479 pins. The Saints finished ahead of eighth-place UM-Dearborn with 6,129, Cornerstone with 6,054, and Cleary with 5,189.

Bobby Burcar led the way for the Saints with 762 pins to finish 26th on the individual leaderboard. Eric Lambert was 32nd with 750 pins. Ryan Reid finished 50th with 697 pins. Noah Tafanelli placed 74th after knocking over 508 pins in three games. Noah Gascon and Sam Scheuher finished 92nd and 93rd. Gascon played two games for 307 pins, while Scheuher played two games for 306.
