Men's Basketball Finishes Season with Comeback Win over Concordia

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Curtis Bell III finished with 23 points and eight rebounds as the Siena Heights men's basketball team closed out its season with a 69-64 comeback win over WHAC opponent Concordia on Saturday.

Delano Williams and Tester added 15 points each. Colin Nutter added 10 rebounds. Davin Walker and Williams totaled seven and four assists, respectively.

Walker and Williams led the late come-from-behind effort, accounting for SHU's game-ending 11-0 run. Walker hit a 3-pointer and then pulled the Saints within 64-63 with a 2-pointer. A layup by Williams gave Siena Heights a 65-64 edge.

Nutter came through with a key block in the final minute and Williams helped the Saints stretch their lead with four free throws after that.

Siena Heights (8-20, 5-15) had charged out to an 8-2 lead before falling behind 32-26 at halftime. Its largest deficit was 39-29 early in the second half.

Colton Ritsema led Concordia with 15 points.
