Adrian, Mich. – Siena Heights University hosted the Madonna University Crusaders on Wednesday night in the Fieldhouse. The game's final score was 81-68 in favor of the Crusaders.

The Saints had four players with a double-digit in the game. The top scorer was Kiewuan Graham with 17 points and four rebounds, shooting 6-9 from the floor. Curtis Bell III added 14 points and eight rebounds to Siena Heights stats. Kevin Rice and Max Moratinoes both tallied up points of their own. Rice with 10 points and seven rebounds, while Moratinos put up 11 points, shooting 5-6 from the floor.

Kicking off the first half, the Saints added an easy two points to the score, with a layup only four seconds into the game. Each team went on small runs of two or five points during the first five minutes of the game until Madonna found a grove and went on a long run of nine points that lasted until it was snapped with a three-point basket from the Saint's own Kiewuan Graham. Fighting back, SHU tied up the score at 20-20 with only six minutes left in the half. While both teams fought for control of the momentum, each team made key plays hitting crucial three-pointers. Finally, Graham hit two back-to-back threes to bring the score within one procession to end the half 39-36.

Jumping right back into the groove, Siena Heights took the lead early in the second half. They maintained the lead for five minutes while going on little runs of four or five to keep the score gap. That is until a time-out was called by Madonna around the thirteen-minute mark, which lead to the Crusaders taking back the lead with a made layup and three-point shot. After taking the lead, Madonna University went on a seven-point run to widen the gap. The Saints fought back by making crucial free throws and points from the paint. However, the Crusaders late push for an additional eight points made almost entirely from free throws pushed the score too far out the Siena Heights, ending the game 81-68
