ELGIN, Ill. -- George Goodman led the way with 23 points and eight assists as the Siena Heights men's basketball team claimed a 78-66 non-conference victory over Judson (Ill.) on Saturday.

Jerrell Martin added 16 points and four blocks while Myles Copeland came through with 10 points. Leading rebounder Aaron Cook hauled down nine boards.

The Saints took the lead with a 12-2 run in the first half and led the rest of the way. Later, in the second, a Goodman three-pointer gave SHU its largest advantage at 45-27. The trey capped a 9-0 run.

Cortez King had 15 points and eight rebounds to lead Judson (1-1). Justin Allen added 14 points.

The Saints (1-1) will play their next game on Wednesday when they visit Lawrence Tech for a 7:30 p.m. Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference contest.
