Football Headed to Trinity International for Final Road Game

THE GAME
The Siena Heights football will travel to Trinity International in a Mid-States Football Association crossover contest on Saturday, November 5. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m CST (2 p.m. EDT).

SHU is coming off of a 21-17 victory over MSFA crossover opponent Saint Smbrose (Iowa) on Oct. 29 in Davenport, Iowa. After not scoring in the second or third quarter, two fourth quarter touchdowns sent the Saints to victory over the Fighting Bees.

In the 2015 match-up, Siena Heights defeated the Trojans 44-20 as wide receiver Aaron Doriot had 180 receiveing yards with six receptions and two touchdowns. Quarterback Lucas Barner was only two yards short of 400 passing yards, completing 22-of-37 passes.

SHSN will provide live video for each Saints' home game. Play-by-play will be called by Chris Renwick with Doug Goodnough providing color commentary. Renwick is in his first year with the Saints broadcast team while Goodnough resumes his role in SHSN after a year hiatus.

SHSN and WLEN 103.9 FM have also enjoyed a five-year partnership. All games will be audio-streamed online at WLEN.COM while select games will be broadcasted live on the radio.

Siena Heights will host the season finale against NAIA top-ranked, defending national champion Marian (Ind.) in a MSFA Mideast League contest.

The Knights are currently 8-0 overall and 5-0 in the MSFA Mideast League. On Saturday, the Knights will face Saint Francis (Ill.) in a MSFA crossover contest.
