Saints Finish 2nd in Rocket League WHAC Tournament, Three Individuals Honored

HOWELL, Mich. - The Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference held their Rocket League Tournament hosted by Cleary University on Saturday.  The Saints lost a heartbreaker by a score of 4-3 in the championship game to finish in 2nd place.

In the first game of the day, the Saints topped Concordia by a score of 3-0.  Next up was Lawrence Tech, who once again was defeated by a score of 3-0.  In the semi-final, Rochester was the foe, a 4-1 win sent Siena Heights to the Championship Match.  Rochester advanced through the loser's bracket to set up the rematch.  After dropping a match 4-2, the grand final was at hand, with the Saints falling by a final score of 4-3 to finish in second place.

The WHAC also announced first and second team honors for Rocket League.  Noah Modena and Ethan Sudall were both honored on the 1st Team All WHAC, while Bobby Lindsey was honored on the 2nd Team All WHAC.
