LIVONIA, Mich. -- The Siena Heights competitive cheer team registered a school-record 86.10 points and won the championship at Madonna's Crusaders Classic on Saturday.
The Saints improved their season-high score by 8.20 points and defeated five other schools at the event.
Lourdes was runner-up with 84.60, followed, in order, by Rochester (77.78), Madonna (75.03), Mount Vernon Nazarene (67.80) and Lawrence Tech (59.17).
