ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights cheer team earned seventh place in a 12-team field at the NAIA Northeast Regional Qualifier, on Saturday, in a SHU hosted event.
SHU ended the preliminary round with a score of 78.74 points, to sit in seventh place. The Saints improved to a final score of 79.55 points for their best performance of the season.
The grand total was 25% of the preliminary score and 75% of the final score. The Saints placed eighth with a grand total of 78.35 with a preliminary score of 18.69 points and a final score of 59.66points. Placing first in with a grand total of 95.18 was Davenport.
Siena Heights awaits their fate to see if they receive an automatic-bid to the NAIA National Competition.
