The following was printed on Don Dzuik's HOF plaque:

The Siena Heights men’s soccer teams of the late 1980’s and early 90’s had their share of ups and downs.  Through it all, there was one constant—the leadership and play of Don Dziuk in the Saints’ midfield.

Dziuk started every game for the Saints from 1989-92 and led them in scoring in three of his four seasons.  A three-time captain, he helped lead the team to District #23 titles in 1989 and 1990 and to within one game of qualifying for the NAIA National Championships.

Dziuk ended his career as the #4 all-time leading scorer in Saints’ soccer history with 36 goals and 21 assists.  Twice named the team’s Most Valuable Player, Dziuk was also the first Siena Heights athlete to earn All-District team recognition in each of his four seasons.  Dziuk earned All-Area recognition in three of those four years.

Dziuk also excelled in the classroom and in 1991 received the Thomas Emmett award, recognizing him as the top male scholar-athlete at Siena Heights in his junior year.
