The following was printed on Andrew Crawford's HOF
plaque:
The only Siena Heights men’s soccer player ever named to
two NAIA All-American teams, Andrew Crawford was also named four
All-District and three All-Region Teams during his distinguished
career.
As a freshman, he starred on the Saints’ first team to
compete at the NAIA National Championship Tournament in the fall of
1985.
The Saints’ all-time leading scorer, ranking #1 in career
goals (67), assists (29) and total points (163).
In terms of playing “at the next level,” no other
athlete in Siena Heights history has had a more prestigious
professional career. In 1990, Crawford was named the
USISL’s Most Valuable Player as a forward with the Colorado
Comets.
For the past six years, Crawford has been a top player for the
NPSL’s Buffalo Blizzard, where he ranks third overall in
goals (173) and fourth in total points (434) in Blizzard scoring
history.
