Men's Golf Finishes 8th at O.C. Lou Collins Memorial Tour

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team finished eighth at the O.C. Lou Collins Memorial Tour with a team score of 630 (321+309) after two rounds. Drew Whalen (Tecumseh, Mich.) tied for 29th as an individual with a total score of 155 (80+75) to lead the Saints.

James Monteith (Dearborn, Mich.) totaled 156 (81+75) after two rounds to tie for 34th. Aaron Bitz (Monroe, Mich.) finished with a 159 (79+80) to tie 41st while James Kuenzer (Hillsdale, Mich.) tallied a 160 (81+79) to tie 43rd. Colin Duffy (Pinckney, Mich.) rounded out the SHU top five with a 165 (83+82) for 58th.

The Saints will compete at the Ken Venturi Invitational at the Zollner Golf Course in Angola, Indiana on Friday, September 6. The tournament starts at 1:00 p.m., EDT.
