Andrea Crowe Earns 91st at 2019 NAIA Cross Country National Championships

FORT VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Siena Heights women's cross country Junior, Andrea Crowe (Brighton, Mich.) claimed a 91st finish at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships, on Friday.

The five-kilometer race took place at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. SHU's lone women's runner, Crowe, finished with a time of 19:24 for 91st place. The individual winner was Hannah Stoffel, a Junior from Huntington, beating the second place finisher by 16 seconds with a time of 17:18.

The team winner was Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference opponent Madonna with a score of 111 points, an average time of 18:35, and a five-person total of 1:32:55. The second top WHAC team to finish was Aquinas, taking fifth place with a 18:58 average time.  

This was Crowe's first appearance at the NAIA National Cross Country Championships.
