Women's Volleyball juniors, Abby Whitehead, Julie Bonk and Libby Breton were honored as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athletes as announced on Friday.

Whitehead, a nursing major, Breton, a biology major, and Bonk, a communications major, were all members of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference All-Academic team.

In order to be nominated for this honor, the student-athlete must maintain a minimum of a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior status.

A total of 481 volleyball student-athletes were honored.
