Oliver currently ranks 10th in wins among all active NAIA coaches (14th all-time).

Oliver’s players have received numerous accolades for their efforts on the field. He has coached two NAIA All-America honorees, 25 NAIA All-America honorable mentions, eight WHAC Players of the Year, and 113 All-WHAC players.

The success that Oliver breeds on the field is surpassed by the success his teams have accomplished in the classroom. During his tenure, the Saints have had 119 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and 182 Academic All-WHAC performers (Academic All-WHAC was created in 2004). In 2006, the NAIA created an Academic Team Award, which the Saints have earned nine times. Ten Saints have also been honored with the Thomas Emmet Sr. Award, awarded to the top female junior student-athlete at Siena Heights, while five student-athletes have received the Siena Heights Outstanding Student Award. Two graduates have received SHU Alumni awards.
