Sylvania, Ohio The Siena Heights women's soccer team won their last regular season match of the year as they beat Lourdes 5-0.

How It Happened:

In the first period the Saints got off to a quick start when Taylor Mulder (Senior, Saline, Mich.) scored unassisted to kick of the SHU scoring on the day. As Siena continued to put up shots on the Grey Wolves, in the 18^th minute Ashley Strong (Sophomore, Howell, Mich.) scored to make it a 2-0 game. In the 23th minute after a corner kick by SHU Kathryn Gordon (Junior, Canton, Mich.) netted a ball to increase the lead. Later on in the 28^th minute, Mulder scored her second goal of the day as the Saints heading into halftime up 4-0.

During the second half Siena continued to pound shots on the Grey Wolves goalie. Haylie Curtiss (Sophomore, Allegan, Mich.) headed a ball in the net to put SHU up 5-0.

Top Saints:

• Mulder scored her 16^th and 17^th goal on the season
• Strong netted her 6^th goal on the year
• Gordon recorded her 2^nd goal on the season
• Curtiss scored her 1^st goal on the year

• Lana Bell recorded three shots on goal for Lourdes

Siena Heights women's soccer team will compete in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference Tournament this week. The tournament schedule will come out on Monday, Oct. 29^th 2018 to determine the time and place the Saints will play.
