ADRIAN, Mich. -- The 13th-ranked Siena Heights women's soccer team scored goals in each half to claim a 2-0 victory over Lawrence Tech in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action on Saturday at O'Laughlin Stadium.

Alexis Donnelly had a goal and an assist. Samantha Bartelotti also tallied for the Saints (12-2-0, 4-1-0) while Kelsey Young contributed an assist.

Donnelly put SHU ahead for good in the 10th minute, one-touching Young's corner kick into the net.

Bartelotti added her insurance goal in the 50th. Donnelly had the ball at the top of the circle before dishing it into the 18-yard box to Bartelotti.

Crystal Wilcoxen had one save to earn the shutout for SHU. Heather Derstine stopped five shots at the other end for LTU (5-7-2, 0-4-1).

Siena Heights outshot Lawrence Tech, 20-1, and held a 9-0 corner-kick advantage.

The Saints will play their next contest on Saturday, Oct. 18, when they visit Concordia for a noon kickoff.
