Women's Lacrosse Falls to #3 Indiana Tech

ADRIAN, Mich. -- Four different Saints scored in the loss to Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference opponent, No. 3 Indiana Tech, on Saturday.

Siena Heights' Kayla Parks scored the first and second goals of the game and the Saints were able to go into halftime with a one goal lead. SHU only scored once in the second half while Indiana Tech scored seven goals and was able to take home the win.

Kayla Parks scored five goals, while Marissa Cirino added two. Natalie Williams and Aliisa Mason both added one goal a piece. Cirino also finished with a team high two assists and earned four caused turnovers. Suffering the loss in net for SHU was Tabitha Ferguson, allowing 14 goals. 

The Warriors were led by Bailey Childs with five goals while four different players added two assists. Earning the win in goal for Indiana Tech was Sydney Davis tallying 15 saves. 

The Saints will be back in action on Sunday, Mar. 19, when they travel to take on No. Davenport in a WHAC contest. Game time is set for 1 p.m.
